A Time of Rebirth
This is an exciting time of year as we enter the window of a very supportive solar eclipse - which is at its peak between 2/3 July (depending on where in the world you are).
We realised how appropriate the guidance has been on this Diamond Light Reiki journey as our initial Facet 1 training aligns so beautifully within this eclipse window - which brings the energy of REBIRTH! In fact the shifts that are already taking place are aligning each of us with our own personal destiny as we begin to live the essence of our true Selves with greater clarity, trust and certainty. This is a powerful time of endings, new beginnings and the bringing to reality of long held dreams. "The July 2019 solar eclipse is refreshingly positive. It joins a star in Gemini Constellation called Alhena that brings good health, honor, and riches. This is an excellent eclipse for enjoying good times with friends and especially your family. This star is good for artists and scientists. The spiritual nature of this star brings people together so it is a good omen for ending conflict through peace negotiations. A gentle but positive influence from Uranus adds to the creative and scientific influence of Alhena. Exciting breakthroughs and new developments will foster technological innovation and greater personal freedom. The long-term influence of Saturn sextile Neptune increases the likelihood of permanent settlements to international and personal disputes. Our First Facet 1 Training
Our first Facet 1 training weekend on 15 – 16 June was a wonderful weekend of co-creation with everyone sharing their journey about ‘Reiki’ and how now was the time to bring the integrity back and to expand on it through the Diamond Light teachings. We were so excited to finally get started after almost 2 years of downloading and pulling the information together........
We now have a 50+ page workbook along with the added bonus of an eBook giving information about the history of what we know as ‘Reiki’ here in the west, along with the many prominent figures; some you may not have heard of, but who played an important role in what is being taught and practiced by so many people. I think the format and information evolved through 4 attempts, as each time more information was received and a greater understanding achieved! The wonderful thing about Facet 1 is that it looks at the deeper truth of what we know as ‘Reiki’ here in the west through the hands on healing modality introduced by Hawayo Takata. We then look at the Japanese perspective and what Mikao Usui was bringing to his students. It’s important to understand the different Systems purely to re-establish the integrity of Reiki in its greater meaning, and to see where one is about Self Empowerment and the other is less about empowerment and more about healing others. We also looked at why it was necessary for us to follow Takata’s teachings and how now as we raise our vibration the teachings of Mikao Usui are more in alignment with who we are now. As I was hearing for a long time; “We never needed Healing, we were Always Returning to Wholeness.” The work we do with the Diamond Light Grid reflects this understanding. Facet 1 introduced the Nine Waves of Creation and we will expand on this throughout the other facets, learning how to align with the Ninth Wave of Creation. The Frequencies of the Ninth Wave are absolutely shaking us up and removing the veils so that we may ‘See’ a greater perspective and deeper meaning of the Japanese word Reiki. For those of us in the Diamond Light Community, we have been working towards this through our own personal practice for many years, building the foundation by activating the Diamond Light Codes within us. Holding higher and higher vibrational Light so that others can Know themselves as Reiki. "What I enjoyed so much was the chance to be with such thoughtful and inspiring people via Zoom video. There was a real sense of community and respect for each other, some laughs and a few tears along with a deep understanding of the importance of the work and the information that was presented. It was not so much a sit and listen but a shared experience with many layers and depth. Thank you to Julie and Rachel for creating the Diamond Light Reiki Training experience. They each brought their special gifts and a sense of wholeness and a deeper understanding of the history of Reiki, the Diamond Light science and higher awareness to the program. History of Reiki e-book
